The LFT Day, organized by the Association of Medical Physics and Technology, were held in Oulu on February 9, 2023. Innomentarium participated in the days with its own booth and our R&D manager Angelos Fylakis gave a presentation on “Development steps in soft tissue imaging”. More than a hundred participants were listening to the show. In addition to company presentations, young researchers and students presented their posters, the best of which were awarded at the end of the day.
LFTY is an interdisciplinary, ideological and professional association of physicists, engineers and doctors. It was founded in 1968 and the number of members of the association is approx. 140.
Medical technology education and research activities are an essential part of Finnish health technology and support business activities in the field. Cooperation with universities has been very fruitful for Innomentarium and has also opened doors for students to the medical business in practice.
